Admin Send Digest

Send the autonomous board digest via Resend — Tray-independent. The autonomous cycle POSTs its HTML digest here instead of relying on the send_email MCP tool, so the email is delivered even when LMCP is uninstalled/closed on the host machine (the MCP path needs the local Tray; this does not). Recipients default to the board list (lanchuske@gmail.com + ceo@colibird.co).
