Admin Oauth Stats

Aggregate OAuth funnel metrics for the cloud connector flow. Returns counters and conversion rates for last 1h / 24h / 7d windows. Used by the admin dashboard to spot drops in the OAuth surface health independently of the post-deploy / scheduled health checks.
