Admin Notify

Email sign-ups (notify_emails) as a demand signal: aggregates only, no addresses.

Per origin (tray /notify, landing /download, other) per day and per ISO week over the last days UTC days, all-time totals, and the unsubscribes (notify_unsubscribed). CI addresses (@local-mcp.test) are excluded. The addresses themselves are in /admin/download-emails. A parameter it does not take is a 422 that names it (#62).
