Discovery Registries

Programmatic discovery: installs attributed to a registry / directory / tagged command.

npm downloads (the top-of-funnel) come from the public npm API client-side; here we count the installs that actually landed with a registry/directory ref. .well-known/llms.txt fetches live only in Cloudflare (see Reach view) — they don't emit an app event.
