Funnel canónico de activación web-AI (2026-06-10, backlog 'Web AI / Cloud Relay'): instalado → relay conectado → forwarding ON → web AI vinculado → uso real (tunnel_data_forwarded). Resuelve la contradicción 9-vs-587: los tokens del pre-deploy suite nunca llegan a forwarded (no tienen tunnel), así que 'web_ai_active' cuenta SOLO uso real. bound_by_kind incluye _GROK_INFERRED_KIND como bucket propio (#2789) — bound, pero no confirmado como grok; nunca se suma al bucket 'grok'.
