POST /api/v1/snapshot/scores/ — Snapshot api-v2 strategy callback.
Snapshot sends: {"network": "252", "snapshot": <block>, "addresses": [...]} We return: {"score": [{"address": "0x...", "score": "<wei>"}, ...]}
Scores are raw wei values — Snapshot applies formatUnits(score, 18).
