snapshot

GET /api/v1/snapshot/delegate/nonce/<address>/ — Issue a signing nonce.

Query params: action: 'set' or 'clear' (required) delegate: Ethereum address (required for action=set, ignored for clear)

Returns the nonce and the complete canonical message for signing. The client signs this message verbatim — no client-side construction.
