snapshot

POST /api/v1/snapshot/delegate/clear/ — Remove active delegation.

Same nonce+signature flow as set_delegation but with action='clear' and delegate='none' in the signed message. Uses POST instead of DELETE to avoid clients/proxies stripping request bodies.
