Preview USD Treasury revaluation
Changed onPreview a completed month's USD bank balance at the local BCRA month-end or prior close. Shows historical/current ARS value, target value, full adjustment, net replacement change, dates and a token required to apply. Creates no records. USD integer cents and ARS integer cents are distinct.
