Crear movimiento de stock

Registra un movimiento manual para ajustar stock. En mode replace, items[].expected_quantity compara el stock disponible observado con el valor actual bajo bloqueo. Si falta, el reemplazo es incondicional. En mode delta, expected_quantity no se acepta. Para un combo, compará la cantidad disponible del combo.

Clave única para evitar duplicados al reintentar el mismo movimiento de stock.

ID opcional de la solicitud para trazabilidad. Si se omite, el servidor genera uno.
