Revalida la API key, el scope sales:read, la organización, el estado del PDF y su procedencia. Responde 302 hacia una URL firmada de cinco minutos. Seguí el redirect y no persistas el Location. Un PDF pendiente responde 409 retryable con Retry-After; uno fallido responde 409 no retryable.
