Get My Workspace Permissions

The caller's permissions in THIS workspace — the workspace twin of GET /v2/teams/{team_id}/my-permissions, and the one place that reports publish:approve (the release). The team route never lists it: the release is a workspace owner's grant, not a team right.

Access: anyone who can view the workspace.
