List Members

List all mentionable members of a workspace.

Returns a deduplicated list of members from:

  1. The workspace owner
  2. Direct workspace members
  3. Team members (if workspace is linked to a team)

Used by the frontend for @mention autocomplete. Access: Owner, direct member, or team member with WORKSPACE_VIEW permission.
