Set Workspace Approvers

Replace who, besides the owner, may release a launch of this workspace's content (Permission.PUBLISH_APPROVE). A grant names a person already in the workspace (direct or team member), or the linked team as a whole so the operator's crew is trusted in one action.

Access: workspace owner only. No role, workspace or team, can grant this; that is the point of it.
