Delete Folder

Remove the folder and move everything in it up one level. Deletes no piece, no media and no file: each piece in it gets folder_id = the folder's parent (one field), each child folder gets the folder's parent, and only then is the folder record removed. Access: CONTENT_ORGANISE.
