List Solved Issues

Known problems the Iridium team has already fixed, newest first.

Returns a list of {title, resolution, solved_at}. Read-only — nothing is sent or changed.

USE THIS before report_issue, to check whether the thing you just hit is already solved, and when a user asks whether a problem they remember has been fixed.

DO NOT USE as general help or documentation: this is only the list of past breakages, not a description of what Iridium can do. Call list_tools for that.
