Get Last Action

Read back the single most recent action Iridium took, with its full text.

Use this to confirm something just happened, after approving or scheduling anything, or when the user asks "did that work?". Cheaper than get_activity_log when only the last action matters. Nothing is sent or changed by calling it.

Returns {"item": null} if the account has no recorded actions yet.
