When do I get emails about screens going offline?

The "screen went offline" alert emails sent to workspace admins: the workspace's quietHours (a daily window, {start, end} as HH:mm in the workspace timeZone, when alerts wait until it ends; end before start spans midnight; null for none), and each screen's enabled, its own quietHours (null uses the workspace's) and followsSchedule. A screen with timed schedule entries (followsSchedule: true) only alerts inside them, and no quiet hours apply to it. At most one alert per screen per day is sent either way.
