Stop the offline emails for this screen

Sets one screen's offline alert emails: enabled (false stops them for this screen, e.g. a TV that is switched off on purpose) and quietHours (its own window, {start, end} as HH:mm; null or omitted uses the workspace's). Send both every time: this replaces the screen's settings. Returns the screen's settings.
