Admin Get Seo Files

Returns {overrides, defaults}. Defaults render the built-in body so the operator can preview/diff before saving an override. Dynamic files (sitemap.xml, llms.txt) return a placeholder marker pointing at the live URL — the admin UI can't snapshot them without re-running the DB-backed builder per request.
