Admin Ai Generator Generate

Enqueue a blog-post generation job and return its id immediately.

The actual LLM call + draft save run in a background task (see _run_ai_generator_job) so the browser never holds a long synchronous request open — that previously hit the edge gateway timeout on the slower OpenLimits route. Poll GET /ai-generator/job/{job_id} for the result.
