Set Language

Persist the visitor's language choice (hyperstore_lang cookie) then 302 to the localized target. The language switcher routes through here so the cookie is set BEFORE the destination loads — otherwise the cookie-based auto-redirect in LocaleMiddleware would bounce a deliberate switch (e.g. back to English) straight back to the previous language. next is the already-localized destination path the switcher built (locale prefix + translated slug).
