Delete an archived workspace with its dashboards, reports and Net Zero (tenant admins; typed confirmation)

The workspace must be archived and confirmName must equal its name exactly. A legacy Net Zero target, or a target set of another workspace or of All data, on one of its baselines refuses the delete. In one transaction its target sets, manual inventories, baselines, reports, dashboard generations and layouts are deleted, then the workspace; its grants go with it and assistant threads fall back to All data. Emission data, sites and entities are never touched. The default "All data" is never deletable.
