Run one routine immediately, as the caller's own message.

Deliberately not the scheduled path: the instruction is posted into the delivery conversation as this credential's message and the normal turn machinery answers it, so a run-now exercises exactly what a live ask would — approvals and all. An event routine may carry a sampleEvent to run against; it is treated as data, never as instructions.
