Forward Work Message
Copy one message into another conversation, keeping its source attribution.
Both ends are checked: the caller must be able to read the original and to write into the destination, so forwarding can never move content into a room its author could not have posted in.

Idempotency-Keystring nullable
Retry-safety key. Replaying one returns the ORIGINAL result with duplicate: true instead of writing twice. Omit it and the server mints a single-use key, which means a retried request writes again — send your own for anything you may retry.
