List Work Channel Outputs

The channel's output links, documents first, newest first: outputs[] and canEdit.

canEdit is the caller's canvas-write authority: whether creating, renaming and removing outputs will be allowed. 403 (one body) for an unknown conversation or a channel the caller has no seat in. A shared (cross-org) channel answers an empty list.
