Verify Contact Emails

Re-check deliverability for a batch of contacts. SPENDS CREDITS.

Synchronous: one call to the verification service, and the result is written back onto each contact. Capped at 1000 contacts - use /contacts/verify-email/async for a whole list.

Different from POST /enrichment/verify-email, which checks one arbitrary address and stores nothing.
