Get Contact Profile Pictures

Resolve profile photos for a batch of LinkedIn URLs.

A missing key in the result means "no allow-listed photo for that URL", not "the lookup failed" - roughly half of contacts have one. Soft-fails to an empty map rather than erroring, so it is safe on a render path.
