Which workflows have run against this record, and what they produced.

Carries the execution timeline, each run's outputs, and the actions currently available on the row. The workflow-permission gate is the app's own, including its soak behaviour - while the enforcement flag is off a caller without workflows:read is logged and allowed, because that permission is not yet held by every role.

Under /contacts/ because the record scope it enforces is the CONTACT one, but record_id is whatever the list holds: a companies list reads company rows through this path.
