Read a proposed sequence and its tailoring

The proposal's audience and senders, whether its campaign is still being tailored (in_flight, with stage), and once it lands the campaign chosen, its brief (who, why now, the angle) and a note per step. No campaign after it lands means the sequence starts on the standard one; reason says why.
