Get the combined send capacity of the sequence's assigned senders

Today's daily capacity summed across every connected mailbox on the sequence's senders, the same calculation behind the workspace capacity tile and the launch pre-flight. sends_email says whether any of it applies: a LinkedIn-only sequence sends no email.
