Live per-node counts for the builder

Waiting, executed and failed counts per step, and the yes/no split per condition. Computed live rather than from the cached rollups, because being current is the point. orphaned_executed holds sends belonging to steps deleted from a running sequence, so the canvas totals still reconcile with the sequence's own sent count.
