Delete a sequence in Trash for good

Permanently delete a sequence that is already in Trash: its steps, settings, every contact's progress, its agent, and its status and messages columns on the audience table. Its history is kept. This cannot be undone. Only a sequence in Trash, so it is never the first thing that happens to a live one.
