Activate

Turn a confirmed intent into a workspace with a credit balance.

The intent is re-read from Stripe rather than trusted from the client: the id travels back through the browser in the return URL, so anyone could post one. Only succeeded intents carrying our own metadata are accepted, and the amount credited is the amount Stripe says it actually received, never a number the browser supplied.
