Get Store Stats

The stores table's figures, over the whole catalogue.

Separate from /stores because the two have different shelf lives and different audiences. /stores is identity — name, domain, colour — which the footer, the ranking page and the home page all render and which changes only when a store is added; folding per-currency aggregates into it would make every one of those pages pay for numbers it does not show, once per currency.
