A page of series we can price a game for, the most popular first, or A-Z.

Filtered the same way as the publisher index: a series is listed when a game in it has a matching offer, and the count says how many do.

limit stays optional so the sitemap can still ask for every row in one call; the paging headers are only meaningful when it is set.
