A page of publishers we can price a game for, ordered 0-9 then A-Z.

Filters narrow both the list and each card's count, so a card that says nine games opens onto nine games.

Paged for the reason the franchise index was: this returned every row on every load — 185 of them, each carrying a logo lookup — so the page paid for the whole list to show two dozen tiles.

limit stays optional so the sitemap can still ask for every row in one call; the paging headers are only meaningful when it is set.
