Lookup Publisher
ONE publisher by name or any spelling aliased to it, with its logo.
Matched the way the feeds are grouped (catalog.find_publisher), and unlike /publishers it does not need a game we can price: the release cards ask for the logo of a studio we may never have sold anything of. 404 for a name we do not hold; the card kit then adds it with python -m gcg.cli publisher-logo.
Five minutes in a cache, the logo's own lifetime (publisher_logos), so a logo just uploaded shows within the time the file itself would.
