Download a document via POST

Behaves exactly like the GET variant, for clients that cannot send the download flags as query parameters: direct and with_file_content are read from the request body instead. Choose between receiving a download URL and receiving the binary file. The download URL of a signed document, or of a document past draft that uses a qualified electronic signature or an external eID, expires 1 hour after it is generated. For any other document it expires 5 minutes after it is generated.

Path parameters

Id of the document.

Request body

directboolean

Send true, "true" or "1" to return the binary file directly; any other value is ignored. Falls back to document_url for files larger than 100MB.

with_file_contentboolean

Send true, "true" or "1" to return the file content as base64 encoded; any other value is ignored. Falls back to document_url for files larger than 100MB.

Response

JSON with a download link or base64 content, or the binary PDF when a direct download is requested

document_urlstring required

Temporary URL the document file can be downloaded from.

filestring required

The same URL as document_url.

file_contentstring

Base64 encoded document file, returned only when it was requested and the file is small enough.
