Create a document custom data property

Add a custom data property to a document. The property must already be defined in the entity custom data settings.

Custom data properties capture information that the default document properties do not cover. A property added to a template is inherited by every document created from that template, and properties can be added to documents that are already signed.

The returned label is deprecated, use the translations array instead. Both label and translations are resolved from the entity custom data settings.
