ClientCurrencies

Turns the multi-currency feature on or off for the workspace. Routed to the general settings manager because the flag lives on ClientGeneralSetting, and it moves the flag only — the configured rates are never touched, so the merchant gets the same configuration back when the feature is switched on again. The literal "toggle" segment is matched ahead of the "{currencyCode}" PUT below, since routing always prefers a literal segment.
