ClientCurrencies

Replaces the whole list of additional currencies with the submitted array in one write. Rows equal to the stored ones keep their audit fields, new or re-rated rows are stamped with the acting user and time, and codes left out are removed. Bound to the bare route, so it never collides with "toggle" or "{currencyCode}".
