Admin readout of the second-visit ChaCha check-in.

Three sources, because the answers arrive three ways:

• calls: ai_feedback rows the server extracted from a voice check-in (surface checkin_followup_d2, chacha_checkin_summary).
• typed: the summaries the typed check-in left on profile_data (the voice ones are already under calls).
• note_replies: after a "Not now", ChaCha asks the two questions by note (kind checkin_questions); the learner's next message in that thread within 48 hours is their answer.

Team rows are tagged is_team, not dropped, the way /ai/summary does it.
