Where to live in Portugal: the city guides compared, as CSV

Open data (CC BY 4.0, see the Link header): one row per flatin.pt 'where to live' city guide. IMI urban rate (min and max over the guide's municipalities, Portal das Finanças table for imi_year); INE median sale price per m2 (latest fresh quarter, min and max); new-build supply in the flatin.pt catalogue (developments, units for sale, median asking price per m2 over units with a floor area, only from 5 such units up); counts of areas the guide rates good / depends / avoid and of places named for recent police operations (dated official source, at most 24 months old). An empty cell means we hold no number, not zero.
