IMI rates with municipality boundaries (GeoJSON)

Open data for GIS: a GeoJSON FeatureCollection (WGS 84) with one polygon per municipality and flat properties codigo, municipality, distrito, year, urban_available, urban_rate_percent (a number, 0.3 means 0.3 %), urban_reason, rural_rate_percent and page. Where a municipality sets no single rate the rate is null, urban_available is false and urban_reason says why; never zero.
