Every verified year of IMI rates in one CSV file

Open data: one row per municipality per verified tax year (long format), columns codigo, municipality, municipality_as_published, distrito, year, urban_rate_percent, rural_rate_percent (numbers, 0.3 means 0.3 %) and verified_on (the date the year was checked against the source). An empty rate cell means the municipality sets no single rate, not zero. CC BY 4.0.
