List the invitations into a Workspace the person owns or administers, newest first, with their status.

Requires a role that manages members (Owner or Admin; 403 otherwise). The Workspace must be selectable by the credential (default, legacy personal or granted); otherwise 404. Lists pending, accepted and expired invitations (pending first, then newest, up to 200); revoked ones are omitted, so an integration can tell whether a client has accepted.
