Permanently delete an empty Workspace the person owns, with its memberships and credential grants.

Requires the Owner role (403 otherwise). The person must retain at least one Workspace membership (409). All bank connections and integrations, including spreadsheet destinations, must be removed first; otherwise this operation returns 409 conflict. A successful deletion cannot be restored.
