Every BIC8 and branch code SWIFTRef publishes, with the institution's legal name, addresses and country. meta carries source, notice (SWIFT's database-rights notice, to be reproduced with any copy of the data), valid_as_of (the directory's publication date), last_updated (its newest record update) and entries.

A BIC8 (every branch, head office first) or a BIC11 (that branch alone).

qstring

Institution legal name (accent-insensitive) or a code prefix, min 2 characters.

addressstring

Text in the registered, operational or branch address, min 3 characters.

countrystring

ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 code or a country name in English.

is_active_swiftboolean

true for only BICs active on the SWIFT network, false for only the unconnected and test ones; omit for both.

pageinteger

Response
