Post Invites

Enqueue connection-request invites for a list of LinkedIn profile URLs.

Before sending: refreshes routing and (for GetSalesTransport) bootstraps the workspace + ensures the connect flow. Per-URL failures are recorded as ok=false rows rather than aborting the whole request.
